For those with shipping questions, please keep in mind that orders can take between 2-4 weeks to process - more or less depending on the number of orders ahead of yours. Tracking will be sent via SMS or email once your order is ready for shipping depending on the contact you choose on checkout.

As the texture plates I offer are all handmade, there can be existential circumstances regarding order delays, to include the occasion that part of your order may need to be remade. If you receive a tracking number and it appears to be taking extra time to process through the post office, you’re welcome to fill out the form and inquire but it likely needed to have part of it remade and that a mis-etch was caught during my shipping process. I try to be diligent in ensuring that you all receive the quality that you paid for and expect and sometimes that can take some extra time. 

Once an order has been placed, it can certainly be modified to cancel or exchange any part of it up until a tracking number has been issued, indicating your order is prepared for shipping. All you have to do is ask!

Please also bear in mind that once two or more orders have been placed, the option to combine orders for shipping is not available. They will be placed en queue in the order they are received and processed as such. However, if you have a pending order and would like to add to or exchange part of your order, please contact us using the available options below: this can only be done with products from the same sale before a tracking number has been issued.
